    Im tired of less than enthusiastic staff! They ask if customers need help, but the majority of them sound as though theyd rather not bother really. I was served at the counter today by a young girl doing a refund for me. There was a customer behind me waiting to make a purchase and a more senior member of staff standing beside the counter putting sale stickers onto clothing. The member of staff should heve left what she was doing and served the lady behind me at the second till. Instead, she left the customer waiting until my refund was completed. The store managers need to start leading by example with a more friendly and helpful attitude!

    Gave clothes for dry cleaning as it four for 18 pounds on their Window. Went in with four coats and tols £22.00. I agreed and gave them for cleaning. Went back to collect and were charged £33.00. Raised issue with staff who did not understsnd and charged me 33.00 instead of what was on receipt. So rude she was! Quality of cleaning not good at all. Not ever using this News Agent.

    Jon did a fabulous job of taking our wedding photos for us. He managed to capture the true spirit of the day in various wacky ways and positions and came up with the most fantastic ideas for the day - ones which we would have never thought of ourself! Nothing was too much trouble for him and he even managed to encorporate our little mascot Rawry - a present from the groom to bride on the wedding morning. We would highly recommend Jon to anyone as hes a true professional and delivered the most excellent service and experience and helped us to complete the perfect day. We cant thank him enough for giving us lifetime lasting images to look back on.
